As part of the national Presidency programme, Limerick is proud to participate in a county-pairing initiative with Germany, fostering closer cultural, educational, economic and civic links between our communities. We are celebrating Ireland’s place in Europe and highlighting the many benefits of European cooperation. These events will provide opportunities for citizens, businesses, community groups and visitors to engage with European themes, learn about EU-funded initiatives, and celebrate the strong relationship between Ireland and Germany.
