The decision of whether or not to allow refunds is made by the venue or promoter. Willwego assumes no responsibility for making any such decision and will have no responsibility to issue refunds. If you wish to request a refund, please contact the event organiser directly.
Your data and purchase are owned by the event organiser, promoter or venue. Willwego supplies a website for our partners to sell from.
If an event has been cancelled or postponed you will be bound by the terms and conditions of the purchase in place by the event organiser.
You will receive your tickets within three minutes of purchasing. If your tickets do not appear in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If they are still not there, please contact us.
Postage delivery is decided by the event organiser. You may have this option on the checkout screen. If not your tickets will arrive by e-ticket.
It is recommended you have a form of ID with you should it be required by the event organiser.
